· Three Day Intensive Training Camp, All Ages, Learn How To Drill Intensely, Accurately, And Efficiently. Proper Technique On Set-Ups And Finishes, Counters, Referees Position, (Scoring From Top And Bottom). Mental And Physical Preparation Before Matches. Weight Control, Strength And Conditioning And Training Habits.
