Tony Cook – 24 years coaching experience. Former World Junior Freestyle Champion, Former World Junior Greco Roman Champion

Location: Catoosa High School Wrestling Room

Dates: Beginning October 5, 2014

Practices: Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 Sundays 3:30 to 5:00

Information: Winter Session will run from October through February

Spring/Summer will run from April to July

Club Goals: The goal of the club is to help young men become national and state champions.

Practice Structure: Winter Session: All three major style of wrestling will be addressed during the Winter Session. Each practice will emphasize a different area of wrestling. One practice will concentrate solely on top work for folkstyle wrestling. The next practice will concentrate on Bottom work for folkstyle wrestling. The next practice will consist of freestyle wrestling with a strong emphasis on takedowns and counters. The next practice will focus on Greco Roman wrestling with an emphasis on throws. There will be 20 minutes of live wrestling at each practice until February. Then we will focus on technique as wrestlers begin to prepare for their state tournament series. The practices will rotate throughout the winter session.

Spring/Summer Session: These practices will focus completely on all aspects of freestyle and Greco roman wrestling.

Price: Monthly:$75.00 Nightly: $10.00

Winter Session: $300.00 for all 5 months.

Spring/Summer Session: $250.00 for all 4 months.
